Mines and Metals Technological Engineering Company (MMTE) was established in 2002 with the initial joint investment of MME. The primary objective of the company is to transfer state-of-the-art global technology to Iran and localize it within the domestic mineral and metal processing industries, prevent the export of raw minerals, enhance productivity, and export technical services and equipment in this sector. Operating as an economic enterprise adhering to strict technical and quality standards, MMTE is active in feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, construction, consulting, supervision, commissioning, and project management across the mining and metallurgical industries. Building upon the rich experience of its engineers, international standards, and active presence in major steel complexes, MMTE has achieved remarkable milestones in designing and executing industrial projects, significantly increasing sponge iron (DRI) and steelmaking production capacities.
